Peanut Cookies ๐Ÿช

Delicious treats for Winters Ingredients  Maida - 120 gm.  B.pd 1/2 tsp. Salt -  a small pinch.  Fat 90 grams ๐Ÿฅœ Peanuts - 120 gm  Egg 1 Sugar 60 gm.  A little fresh milk  Mix vanilla few drops METHOD ๐Ÿช Cream sugar + fat.  ๐ŸชSift together dry ingridients. ๐ŸชBeat egg with vanilla.  ๐ŸชAdd the egg to cream gradually.  ๐ŸชAdd maida and half peanuts.  ๐ŸชMake small balls and roll them in remaining peanuts.  ๐ŸชBake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Lemon ๐Ÿ‹ Pickle

Simple recipe and great accompaniment to any food or meal Ingredients Salt ๐Ÿง‚ - 250 grams Sugar - 500 grams Lal Mirch - half tbsp Kali Mirch - half tbsp Lemons - 1 kg Ajwain - 1 tsp Method Mix all ingredients. Store in glass jar ๐Ÿซ™ Keep in the sun ๐ŸŒž for few days  Until all ingredients mix together well. 

Chicken Salad

Healthy recipe, easy to make. Ingredients  340 gm -  Cold diced chicken  3 hardboiled eggs I tbsp vinegar. 5 tbsp whipped cream.  Chopped parsley  Salt ๐Ÿง‚ Pepper  METHOD + Mash three hardboiled eggs and mix in vinegar.  + Stir in whipped cream. + Mix with diced chicken.  + Season to taste with salt and pepper. + Place in salad bowl and sprinkle parsley an top.
