Everyone uses computers these days and for working on computer we need to sit on the chair which is a computer chair. Let’s see how ergonomics relates to the computer chair. These chairs are also called ergonomic chairs and they have been in the market form years, it has strange designs and is high in price compared to other chairs. This chair is designed in a way to support the natural position and alignment of the spines and limbs of our body. The advantage of using this chair is that it gives a support to the body so that we can work for long hours on computer. It gives support to the area of the lower back through a curved backrest or a pad or cushion as opposed to other chairs with flat back. It also has armrest padding which reduces the pressure on the forearms and elbows. Some of the chairs allow the entire chair body to tilt back slightly, again allowing the sitter to find the optimal position to reduce pressure and weight away from their body and into the chair which is a great comfort. Some chairs have the facility of the armrest which can be raised up and down to match the dimensions of the user’s body. First of all This is not to demean any religion.. I am a Hindu by birth, but yes I respect all religions .I offer my daily prayers , fast on holy days , but there was something that was disturbing me . God as per me was a Friend, someone who was by my side always , someone who was a dear friend , but this is not what everyone else thought , for others he was the Judge who gives his verdict always and punishes anyone and everyone . Walk into any temple and you would see , if you have money , you will be treated in a way as if you are the ONLY disciple of the God .
