That was the spark. I had always felt this inner pull towards helping others—not just with advice, but in a deeper, more aligned way.

Starting my spiritual business wasn’t part of some 5-year corporate plan. In fact, I didn’t even know what a spiritual business meant at first. All I had was a deep desire to merge purpose with profession, intuition with income.

But let me be real: the beginning was rough. I faced skepticism from family—“Can you even earn doing this?” they’d ask. I had zero marketing skills, no logo, and definitely no idea how to “position a brand.” But I had faith. And sometimes, faith is enough to light the first step of the journey.


How did I navigate the early stages?

If the beginning was messy, the middle was like trying to paint during an earthquake. I was overwhelmed with questions: “Should I offer tarot or energy healing?” “Do I need a website or should I start on Instagram?” And the biggest one—“Am I good enough?”

So, I did what any overwhelmed spiritual entrepreneur would do: I lit a candle, saged my space, and made a plan. Step one was embracing imperfection. I showed up online with a pixelated logo and inconsistent content, but I showed up. That mattered.

I also learned the hard way that copying what others were doing didn’t work. I had to find my voice, my unique energy. Instead of trying to be “the next big guru,” I chose to be real. I talked about my fears, my spiritual meltdowns, and my small wins. People didn’t just follow me—they resonated with me.

Eventually, I figured out that every challenge I faced was really just an invitation. A late payment? Time to reflect on money blocks. A nasty comment online? A test of my self-worth. Building a spiritual business became a journey of spiritual growth in itself.

Consistency became key—not just visually, but emotionally. I chose earth-toned aesthetics, wrote with humour and heart, and always ensured my words were a mirror of my values: authenticity, compassion, depth.
