Peanut Cookies πŸͺ

Delicious treats for Winters Ingredients  Maida - 120 gm.  B.pd 1/2 tsp. Salt -  a small pinch.  Fat 90 grams πŸ₯œ Peanuts - 120 gm  Egg 1 Sugar 60 gm.  A little fresh milk  Mix vanilla few drops METHOD πŸͺ Cream sugar + fat.  πŸͺSift together dry ingridients. πŸͺBeat egg with vanilla.  πŸͺAdd the egg to cream gradually.  πŸͺAdd maida and half peanuts.  πŸͺMake small balls and roll them in remaining peanuts.  πŸͺBake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Lemon πŸ‹ Pickle

Simple recipe and great accompaniment to any food or meal Ingredients Salt πŸ§‚ - 250 grams Sugar - 500 grams Lal Mirch - half tbsp Kali Mirch - half tbsp Lemons - 1 kg Ajwain - 1 tsp Method Mix all ingredients. Store in glass jar πŸ«™ Keep in the sun 🌞 for few days  Until all ingredients mix together well. 

Chicken Salad

Healthy recipe, easy to make. Ingredients  340 gm -  Cold diced chicken  3 hardboiled eggs I tbsp vinegar. 5 tbsp whipped cream.  Chopped parsley  Salt πŸ§‚ Pepper  METHOD + Mash three hardboiled eggs and mix in vinegar.  + Stir in whipped cream. + Mix with diced chicken.  + Season to taste with salt and pepper. + Place in salad bowl and sprinkle parsley an top.

Banana -ki- loaf

This is something between cake and  bread.  Ingredients  Maida 1 cup.  B. bd. 2½ tsb. Salt ½ tsp.  Mashed Banana - 1 cup. Sugar - 2/3 cup Fat 1/3 cup  Eggs - πŸ₯š 2 METHOD + Heat oven or moderate oven at 350°F. + Grease pan + Sift together dry ingredients and cream fat till it is light and fluffy.  + Add egg and beat well  + Add dry ingredients.  + Add mashed Bananas at the end.  + Bake till done.  + You can also add cherry or dry fruits in the batter.
