Peanut Cookies 🍪

Delicious treats for Winters Ingredients  Maida - 120 gm.  B.pd 1/2 tsp. Salt -  a small pinch.  Fat 90 grams 🥜 Peanuts - 120 gm  Egg 1 Sugar 60 gm.  A little fresh milk  Mix vanilla few drops METHOD 🍪 Cream sugar + fat.  🍪Sift together dry ingridients. 🍪Beat egg with vanilla.  🍪Add the egg to cream gradually.  🍪Add maida and half peanuts.  🍪Make small balls and roll them in remaining peanuts.  🍪Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
